6C: Language Arts
*Students have asked their parents to read and make constructive comments on the Water Experience paper. Students should have typed up a second draft for Mr. Woletz by Tuesday, September 24th. Final draft will be due on Wednesday, October 2nd. Mr. Woletz will return papers with attached comments on Friday, September 27th OR Monday, September 30th.
* We typed up the first draft of the Thank You letter to Mr. Dave who wowed us at the UW Chemistry Labs. Students will self edit as well as have peers, parents and teacher look at this paper. Final draft will be due on Friday, October 4th.
6ABC: Science

* Science test on Friday, September 27. Lunch time reviews werew held on Wednesday and Thursday (25th & 26th) from 12:30-1:00.
*Memorize the first 13 elements: order, symbol and correct spelling.
Students may go to element 20 for extra credit.
Quiz will be next week - after the chemistry test. Students may take the quiz more than once; highest score will be recorded.
* Select an element from those suggested (list will be given to students on Tuesday, September 24rd) by Friday, September 27.
Periodic Table of Elements worksheets (naming of elements, story with 85 elements in it, body's elements: symbols and graph) was due on Thursday, September 19th.
Scientific Method quiz #1 was due on Thursday, September 12th.
Scientific Method quiz #2 was due on Tuesday, September 17th.
Alma mater worksheet was due on Monday, September 16th.
Curiosity Questions were due on Thursday OR Friday, September 5 or 6.
Observe an Object assignment was due date on Tuesday, September 10th
Cause and Effect worksheet was due on Monday, September 9th.
