6C Language Arts:
* Persuasive Essay: Introductory paragraph will be commented on by Mr. W. He will e-mail and print comment to all of 6C by Wednesday evening/Thursday AM. Introductory paragraph includes:
lead, position/thesis statement and three reasons pro/con.
* Draft one is due Friday, May 23rd or Tuesday, May 27th.
*Trail Project: Students will be researching a historic trail/migration and completing a poster board. Requirement sheet was handed out on Monday, May 12th. Due date is Wednesday, May 21 or Thursday, May 22. Time has been/will be given in Computer class to work on this.
6C Religion:
*Moses quiz TBA (Week of May 19-23)
*Temple de Hirsch Sinai field trip form due Friday, May 16th.
*6C will be responsible for knowing the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary - quiz date TBA (We'll cover in Religion class)
6ABC
1. Read Genghis Khan article and type complete sentence response to questions 1-14. Due Friday, May 23rd.
2. #1 All-time greatest invention typed paragraph with picture was due Monday, May 19th.
3. Silk Road Cultural Diffusion typed answers (6) was due Thurs. 15th.
4. Chinese language sheets were due on Wednesday, May 7th.
4. Shang (fortunes), Confucius (Superior… and proverbs) worksheet was due on Tuesday, April 29th.
6. China map was due on Thursday, April 24th. Students used information packet handed out in class and their social studies book. About fifteen minutes of class time was given to begin this assignment.
7. Silk Road article and typed answers was due Tuesday, May 13th.
* 6. China test TBA (most likely week of June 2-6)
